These terms cover reading this site and writing to it. They are short because the site does very little: it publishes text and offers a contact form.
What Merqavell is
An independent site publishing written guides about casual match puzzle games. It is commentary and instruction, produced by a reader of these games rather than by anyone who makes them. It is not a support channel, not an official resource and not connected to any studio.
What is and is not sold
Worth stating plainly, because the genre attracts sites that do the opposite. Merqavell:
- sells exactly one thing, a PDF handbook written by the publisher and described on the handbook page;
- does not deal in in-game currency, lives, boosters or accounts, in either direction;
- does not host, mirror or link to modified builds, private servers or downloadable game files;
- runs no competition, giveaway, prize draw or anything else that can be won;
- carries no advertising and no affiliate links;
- processes no payments on the site itself, and has no page that accepts a card number.
Ordering, delivery and refunds
The seller. An individual, Mia Walker of Braddon, Australian Capital Territory, selling occasionally rather than as a registered business. No ABN and no GST registration, so no tax invoice is issued; a plain receipt is available on request. The listed price is the total in Australian dollars.
Making an order. Submitting the form is a request and charges you nothing. A contract comes into existence only when I have confirmed the order by email and you have paid by transfer. Payment arrangements happen over email, never on this site.
Delivery. The file is sent to the email address on the form within two business days of the payment clearing. If it does not arrive, write and it is resent at no cost.
Your rights. If the file is undelivered, unopenable, or not what the handbook page describes, you choose between a repair, a replacement or a refund. This sits alongside the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, which cannot be contracted out of. As a digital file delivered on payment there is no automatic change-of-mind right, but an order cancelled before the file is sent is cancelled in full with nothing charged.
Accuracy and change
Guides are written from playing the games and are accurate as far as I can establish on the date printed on each page. These games are updated by their developers whenever they choose, so a rule described here can stop being true without warning. Material is therefore provided as is, with no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.
Using what is here
The text, layout and original graphics belong to the publisher. Quoting a reasonable extract for review, comment, teaching or news is fine when you name Merqavell and link to the page. Reproducing whole guides, or ingesting them into a service that reproduces them, requires permission in writing first. Asking usually gets a yes.
Game names, logos and screenshots belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and commentary. They are not licensed to you by this site and nothing here grants you any right to use them.

Links go to official store listings and occasionally to other publishers' pages. Those sites are not under my control, and I am not responsible for their content, their accuracy or whether they are available. A link means the page was relevant when it was added, nothing more.
Liability
Use of this site is at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law permits, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from relying on a guide, from a game behaving differently than described, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the contact form properly
The form is for messages about this site. Bulk mail, malicious payloads, link-buying offers and requests to place advertising are deleted without reply. Attempting to disrupt the site or its infrastructure is not acceptable and will be reported to the relevant provider.
Law and amendment
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. Amendments are published on this page with a new date at the top, and continued use of the site after that date means the revised terms apply.
